This design helps increase effectiveness of catching first emergence of Plum Curculio and Pecan Weevil. Whalon modified tedder's traps are 4 feet high and work without bait to give you early warning of pest emergence. Works best when placed near target trees that have trunks painted white. 1-2 traps should be placed under at least 10 whitewashed trees known to have weevil infestations.
