The Grape Root Borer is a problem to many grape growers east of the Mississippi River to as far south as Florida, often infesting vines and eventually killing them. Many growers who have vine dieback in the winter may actually have infestations of Grape Root Borer, the culprit responsible for the damage. Place a minimum of 1 trap every 2 acres in vineyards up to 10 acres. Lure lasts 4 weeks. For maximum performance, use a Vaportape® II (GL/HC-8001-01) Insecticide Strip in each trap. Field life for Vaportape is 2 - 3 months.
